WHAT WE DO
WE HAVE TAKEN EXTRA PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES AND SET UP NEW PROCEDURES IN OUR DAILY ROUTINE BASED ON GUIDELINES FROM OUR LOCAL HEALTH AUTHORITIES.
– CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT–
Check-in takes place individually, in the garden, with the number of people limited to 1 from each booking, with the minimum of procedures.
Check In at 15:00, Check Out at 11:00
The check-in procedure includes a mandatory health declaration.
The room keys are disinfected.
Hand sanitizer, gloves and disposable pens are available.
To check out, please leave the door of the accommodation unlocked & the keys inside (not behind the door in the keyhole), and please take care to the payment of your stay at least 1 day before your departure.
– ACCOMMODATION –
According to the Hellenic National Public Health Organisation (EODY), the frequent cleaning of rooms during the stay of guests should be avoided, in order for visitors and housekeeping staff to avoid coming in contact with possible cases and to prevent further transmission.
We have temporarily suspended normal operations and we do NOT provide housekeeping or a cleaning service during your stay. We only carry out a change of sheets, pillowcases and towels upon the request of guests, in exchange for the dirty ones, to be collected in a plastic bag, with a minimum period of 3 days between changes.
Local dry cleaner who takes care of all linens provided to guests (sheets, pillowcases, towels) respects all the procedures to eliminate all viruses & germs including the Covid-19. Clean linen is packaged in a plastic bag.
During your stay cleaning equipment and supplies are at your disposal in each room and have been disinfected.
Cleaning takes place only at check out, taking all necessary precautions. The procedure is supplemented with thorough ventilation, each time disinfection of furniture and equipment available in the room, including high-frequency touch points such as power switches and also bathroom, kitchen equipment and hairdryer. TV and air conditioner controls are covered.
The accommodation is left vacant for a full 24 hours after a guest checks out.
The doors and windows of all rooms should be opened daily for natural ventilation, so we ask our guest to open windows every day.
Due to preventive and protective measures, the accommodation has the minimum of equipment required. Please contact us If you have extra needs (blanket, plates, etc…).
– PUBLIC SPACES –
Only guests of the hotel and employees are allowed to stay on the premises. Non- guests are prohibited from entering the properties. Please do not invite or allow visitors to enter. If you think there is an essential need for someone to visit, then contact a member of our staff.
Furniture has been removed from the garden for physical distance to be kept to avoid overcrowding.
Hand sanitizer is available in the garden.
We kindly ask to guests to throw their trash inside the plastic bin outside the accommodation.
– THE TEAM –
All employees follow the safety standards and procedures in accordance with the requirements of WHO, IGHP and the Ministry of Development.
After coming to work, each employee undergoes a well-being checkup, in case of negative symptoms the employee is not allowed to work
Each employee performs their duties in disposable gloves and, in accordance with the requirements, in a mask or protective helmet, in parts of the complex where direct contact with the guest takes place.
Employees have access to disinfectants - liquids, wet wipes and personal protective materials.
– S.O.P. IN CASE OF SYMPTOMS SUSPICIOUS COVID-19 –
If you are showing any sign of possible COVID-19 symptoms please do not reach directly a clinic or hospital to be tested.
